Belle Kaplan nee Schwartz, 98; beloved wife for 66 years of the late Joseph; loving mother of Sherwin Kaplan and Sandy (Benton) Strauss; proud “Granny E” of Michael (Dawn) Strauss, Amy (Jeffrey) Friedman and Dr. Jonathan Strauss (Dr. Theresa He); adoring great-grandmother of Tali Friedman, William, Noah and Sarah Strauss; dear sister of the late Pauline Schwartz, Charlotte Galler and Burton Schwartz; treasured aunt of many.
