Obituary
Richard Ira Gilford, 91, beloved husband of Anita, loving father of Pamela Joy Gilford (Dr. Robert) Levin & Michael; cherished grandfather of Nickolai & Douglas (Jane Lee) Levin, Jaimee Gilford (Joe) Michaelis & Colin (fiance Elena Miserli) Gilford; adored great grandfather of Alex & Jules; dear brother of Ronnie. Richard will be remembered as a champion for those less fortunate, a mentor, and a teacher. His career as a banker improved the lives of many, and he continued to serve on the Board up until only a few months before his passing. In his personal life, his wisdom and honesty were greatly valued by all those around him. He remained a fierce proponent of fairness and ethical behavior; and was a paragon of honesty throughout his life. His memory is cherished and loved, we will miss him greatly.
