Torrey Nielsen, 56, beloved husband of Sharon nee Hyman; loving father of Brianna; dear brother of Tracy Anderson; treasured uncle, cousin and friend of many. Torrey had a passion for cats, technology and above all, music. His greatest joy was his family. Chapel service Wednesday 10 AM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. I remember Torrie in Division class always having intense deep discussions and in study hall playing guitar. He was Smart. He was in my gym class and Theater class Senior year. He was talented and funny. I didn’t know him well, but you just knew he was a good person. I remember him fondly. My condolences to his family.
