Leon Zuckerman, beloved husband of Barbara, nee Hayer for many happy years; loving father of Deborah Kaplan (Tom Johnson), Bill (Iris) Zuckerman and David (Susie) Zuckerman; cherished Ziggy of Alex and CJ Kaplan and Zaydie of Mandy, James, Orly, Brian, Talia and Eitan Zuckerman; dear brother-in-law of Sheldon (Olivera) Hayer and Toby Hayer. Leon was a strong and unique man, our go-to-guy. An amazing medical scientist, a handyman, a learner, generous and righteous, a rational advice giver, and a jokester. Adored by many, his legacy has been left upon us all. He was loved by all and will certainly be missed and never forgotten. Chapel service 10 AM Thursday at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W.
