Sanford "Sandy" Rovner, 95, beloved husband of Shirley, nee Bender, loving father of Joel (Dianne Klimek), Robbin, Barry (Barbara) and Penny (Joe Starzynski) Rovner; cherished grandfather of Jaclyn (Pierre Black), Ashley, Danielle (Petar Doko), Lindsay (Mike Dunn) and Jeffrey (Chanel Lee) Rovner; adored great grandfather of Ethan Rovner-Black. Graveside service Thursday 11:00 AM at Shalom Memorial Park, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Temple Jeremiah, 937 Happ Road, Northfield, IL 60093 (templejeremiah.org).
