Robert Alan Coe

To the whole Coe family,
Bob and I spent almost every day together at NU Law School. He was brilliant, clever, and honest. His mother’s office, State Tavern Accounting on Western Avenue, was one block from our store Bargain Town USA so frequently we would go from Law school to work. We both had much in common being younger than most and could relate on almost anything. We had fun together on many occasions.

Bob adored his children and took great pride in their accomplishments.

Though we hadn’t seen each other as much in recent years my memories of our time spent come up frequently as we both were irreverent about snobbish people.

If I were in Chicago I would attend all the rememberances in his honor. I have only fond memories of Bob and extend my deepest condolences.
