Nancy Abrams, (nee Giernoth) age 80, beloved wife of the late Harold Abrams, happily married for 45 years; loving mother of Lisa Abrams (Sam Guardi), Steven (Lisa) Abrams and the late Scott Abrams; cherished grandmother of Alyssa Mariotti, Amanda, Zach and the late Matthew Abrams. Though I only met Nancy a few times, I always thought she was such a neat person. She was easy to talk with. I remember at Matthew's bench unveiling at the high school, I was walking around, not sure of where I was supposed to go, and she and a friend saw me while they were driving around the parking lot looking for a space. She remembered who I was and told me to get into the car and we could all show up together. I was really flattered that she did that, she made me feel really good inside.
I am so sorry for this, and send my sincerest sympathies to the family.
