Toby Frankel nee Dubin, 93, beloved wife of the late Rabbi William; loving mother of David (Janice Gagerman), Joshua, Daniel (Maxine) Frankel and Deborah (Mitchell) Brigell; cherished Bobbe Toby of Rafi (Hagar Palgi), Ari (Roya Weiner), Elena (Tara Downes), Nathan Frankel, Rachel Brigell Kearney (Chris Kearney) and Naomi Brigell; adored great grandmother of Uriya, Amalya, Miles and Yotam; dear sister of Ovadiah Dubin the late Mildred Yarmush, Gershon and Solomon Dubin; many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. I was one of Toby's Jazzercise instructors. She was such a kind and upbeat person. I was always so happy when she was in class. Her zest for life was inspirational.

We all lost a good woman this week.
