I know that Doris would be so proud of all of her 3 sons and beautiful families and all that they have accomplished. Doris and Shelly came to every soccer game without fail. No matter what the weather was rain or shine, Shelly and Doris were always cheering the girls on. Doris was always so sweet to everyone. We send our deepest condolences to all of you and hope that her memory is always a blessing. All our love, Henry, Sal, Taylor & Hallie. Nuestro mas sentido pesame. <3

Scott, Brent and Seth and families, Ron and I were so sorry to hear about your Mom.
Although we had not seen her in awhile, she was such a sweet and loving person and
loved her children and grandchildren very much. Our deepest sympathy!

Doris lived in an attached driveway to my Aunt Uncles home in Skokie, Barb, and Will Heller. This was a place i spent a great deal of time in my life. I was great friends with all the boys, and Doris and Shelly were always the nicest, super cool parents you never minded getting to see and say hi, chat with. Always made me feel right at home. I will always cherish all the great memories i had growing up in that neighborhood, and my friendship with the whole Novoselsky clan. My deepest condolences to you all, may Doris rest in peace!
Love,

Scott, Brett, and Seth we were so sorry to read about your Mom’s death. We were your neighbors on Culver St. Brett and Seth you used to come home from high school and play in my family room with my three year old daughter, Jessica. Your parents were role models for us as to what a loving, caring family looked like. They were so proud of all three of you and loved you with all they had. I’m sure their grandchildren were life’s icing on the cake. Your mom was an intelligent, sweet person. I don’t remember her ever complaining, even when she was ill. She always had a smile on her face, especially for her best friend, your dad. We have fond memories of her and your family. We hope that you will be blessed with beautiful memories of her. I am so sorry for the loss to the entire Novoselsky family. My husband Rick has been photographing many happy events for this family and their friends for years. He became like a member of their family and then I met them. I witnessed so much love and togetherness. The closeness of the families . Doris was very fortunate to be surrounded with so much love. Her family grew and she had much pride. You could see it in her face. It is so hard to lose someone, and in these times its very difficult Just know that the support of friends and family are here, yet we are distanced, our thoughts are with you.
