Jerry Schuman, 89, beloved husband of the late Fran nee Weiner for 65 ½ years; loving father of Shellie (Marty) Singer, Sandy (Michael) Nuccio and Debbie (Andy) Milecki; cherished Grandpa of Adam (Marsha), Tracey and David (Stacy) Wright; Jamie, Danny (Zizi Mohammed), and Alex Nuccio; Ryan and Emma Peters; adoring great grandfather of Sienna, Madelyn, Jacob, Benjamin and Kamran; dear brother of David (Sheri) Schuman and Carolyn (Gerry) Shane; many loving nieces, nephews and dear friends. Hello Shelly, Sandy and Debbie. I am so sorry to hear about your Dad. Jerry and Fran were my first bosses when I was a teenager and worked at the RED E Cleaners. They were always so kind to all of us counter kids and I remember them fondly. Jerry also became a golfing buddy for my husband-to-be, Brian Ahern. May your memories bless your days.

Jerry always greeted us with a smile and sometimes the ladies received a sweet kiss on the cheek. He was our Starter, our friend, our golf adviser. He loved a mild Bloody Mary and we were happy to bring him one on a late Saturday morning. He loved telling us about an Italian restaurant he went to with his buddies. Jerry will be deeply missed by all his friends at Hawthorn Woods Country Club. Our only comfort is that he is again with the love of his life Fran. Rest In Peace our dear friend.
