Condolences from my family here in Fredericton. I am very glad that I had the opportunity to meet your father. He was a remarkable man. He did a lot in his life for others starting with his war service.

Clifford was always open and honest some would even say opinionated. He loved political sparing. He was a man with many wonderful stories of his adventures throughout a long well lived life. Someone I admired and looked up to, which is a rare commodity these days. He will truly be missed by me and our families.
My love and sympathies go out to all of his family, you will always have good memories of a great man.

I was privileged to be married to his late nephew, Ronald. I can honestly say he was one of kindest, smartest and most generous men I have ever known. My heartfelt condolences to Jane, Joe and Emmy.
