Obituary
Betty R. Geller, nee Rothwax, 97, died of natural causes on September 27, 2021 at home. Beloved wife of the late Morton; loving mother of Robert (Emiko) Geller and Carol (Seth) Stein; cherished grandma of Rachel Stein and the late David Stein; devoted daughter of Rosalind and William Rothwax; dear sister of Sylvia (Carl) and Gloria (Warren); treasured aunt, cousin, and friend of many. Betty lived in New York City most of her life before moving to Highland Park and then Deerfield, IL. Betty is a graduate of the Baruch College School of Business and a Certified Public Accountant. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Am Yisrael Congregation at www.amyisrael.org or to the Morton Geller 1943 and Betty R. Geller 1943 Scholarship at Baruch College, The City College of New York. Graveside service Sunday 10:30 AM at Sharon Gardens Cemetery, 273 Lakeview Avenue, Valhalla, New York.
