Gerry, you were a great friend and neighbor for 15 years and I'm so sad that I didn't get a chance to say good bye. Thank you for always being kind, caring and supportive to me, and my parents. We had many good times as neighbors, enjoying the city's restaurants and concerts. My favorite memory of Gerry was when he did the Polar Bear Plunge in February 2009 at the age of 73, going into freezing cold Lake Michigan with just his bathing suit. He was a special guy. Miss you and love you always Gerry.
