Robert "Rob" Reichstein, 69, beloved husband and best friend of Marcie, nee Prosansky, for 45 wonderful years; loving father of Meagan Reichstein and Amy (Brandon) Stec; cherished grandpa of Hudson and Theo Stec; devoted son of the late Thelma and Seymour Reichstein; dear brother of Jill Sloan; treasured uncle, cousin and friend of many. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to as Good as Gold, Golden Retriever Rescue of Illinois at www.asgoodasgold.org. Chapel service Tuesday 2:30 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Marcie. I am so, so sorry to hear about Rob. I loved being his "cubie buddy" at the office. He was so kind, so funny and always available for advice. I will miss his warmth and humor. RIP Rob.
