Rochelle "Shelley" Marshall (nee Singer), 87, July 28, 2022; beloved wife of the late Jerome "Jerry"; dear sister of the late Eunice (Jerry) Schwartz, devoted and loving mother of Kathy Weiss, Lyle (Betsy) Zimbler and Marci (Mark) Kresin; stepmother to Tari Marshall and Todd (Amy) Marshall; cherished nana and grandma to 11 adored grandchildren Daniel Weiss, Michael Weiss, Melissa (Tj) Cichecki, Allison (Jonathan) Goldstein, Jonathan (Danielle) Weiss, Kelly Kresin, Hannah Marshall, Alaina Sliz, Andrew Sliz, William Zimbler and Olivia Zimbler and 6 great- grandchildren. Shelley took great pride in her home and her family. She loved being a mom. She was so kind to children and animals. Rochelle was a frequent and regular school volunteer and an active member of the PTA . She always prepared home cooked meals and welcomed neighbors and guests. She enjoyed going for walks, taking care of her flowers and playing mahjong. Shelley moved to Kankakee, IL and later, Nevada in 1987. After the passing of her beloved Jerry, she returned to the Chicago suburbs to be close with family and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to Pro-Health Waukesha Hospice (www.prohealthcare.org/ways-to-give/donate/give-online).
