Daniel Bauman, 85, beloved husband of the late Roberta nee Yavitz for over 30 years; loving father of Deborah (Neal) Wasserman and Jeffrey (Michele) Bauman; cherished Papa of Refael, Shaina, William, Benjamin and Madeline; dear brother of Philip (Linda) Bauman, Renee (Barre) Probst and the late Paul (the late Adrienne) Bauman; long time partner of Sheryl Diller; many loving nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the National Alopecia Areata Foundation (NAAF), naaf.org or North Shore Congregation Israel, nsci.org. Services, Friday 11:30 AM at the Beth Shearim Mausoleum at Shalom Memorial Park, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights.
