Beverly “Bev” Melinger, 94, August 16, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Jack for 40 wonderful years, loving mother of Terry (Sheila Edelstein), Andrew (Debbie) and Melissa (Rob) Gerlach; cherished “Bubbe” of Jessica (Dave) Conner, Michelle (Justin) Nickel, Amanda, Morgan Rothman, Chad (Erica), Joshua (Elise), Sara (Michael) Fletcher, Lisa Gerlach and the late Meagan; much loved great “Bubbe” of Jaxon, Ryder, Rylee, Caelyn, Shyanne, Luca, Gaby and Zander; treasured aunt, great aunt and friend of many. Bev loved a good game of mah-jongg, enjoyed plays at the Marriott Lincolnshire, but her biggest joy was spending time with her family. She was a proud member of JWI for 20 plus years. Memorial donations in her honor may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, www.stjude.org/donate. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
